The Division of Developmental Disabilities, part of the New Jersey Department of Human Services, has a wide range of services for qualified residents with developmental disabilities and their families.

Do you need other assistance such as guardianship, therapy or recreation? We have a wide range of supports.

bullet Is living at home a problem? We can offer in-home support or, if necessary, seek a new living arrangement,

 

To apply for services from DDD

• Call the Intake Unit of the DDD Office serving your county. Staff will meet with you to determine if you qualify for DDD. If so, we'll assign a case manager to discuss services offered in your area and help you to select the right ones.
